Lighting distribution (1) The lighting power supply of the textile workshop is generally 3N50Hz380/220V. The lighting distribution mains are laid by power cable bridge, and can also be laid along the cable trench of the workshop. The lighting distribution branch line is laid along the metal trunking with sheathed wires. (2) Set normal working lighting, emergency lighting and on-duty lighting in the spinning and weaving workshops. The emergency lighting includes evacuation lighting. Under normal circumstances, the duty lighting is part of the normal working lighting. The emergency evacuation indicator light is set at the main passage of the workshop and the main exit. The evacuation indicator light is supplied by the emergency lighting power supply. When the emergency lighting power supply is powered off due to power failure, the lamp itself is powered by the battery. The continuous power supply time is not less than 20min, and the evacuation illumination illumination is not less than 0.5Lx. (3) Emergency lighting power supply mode :a When two or more transformers are installed, the normal lighting mains should be connected to different transformers. b When only one transformer is installed, the normal lighting supply mains should be separated from the low voltage screen (or busbar) of the substation. When there is no transformer in the building, the building power line is separated from the normal lighting circuit and must not share a main switch with normal lighting. (4) Workshop lighting is controlled on the lighting distribution box. (5) Improve the lighting quality. Calculate the voltage drop of the lighting line. When the requirements are not met, increase the cross section of the mains or branch line.
