Jiangnan commoner will be opened in New York in March

Jiangnan Commoner, known as JNBY in the global market, is set to open a 2,250-square-foot flagship store in SoHo, New York, USA, in March. This marks a significant step in the brand's expansion into the U.S. market. Previously, JNBY had launched a temporary pop-up store at 93 Mercer Street in New York, which helped build brand awareness and generate interest among local consumers. To lead its U.S. operations, JNBY has appointed Michelle Wohlers, a former executive from Juicy Couture, as the U.S. Brand Manager. Her experience in luxury fashion retail is expected to help shape the brand’s strategy in the competitive American market. In addition to its own stores, JNBY will be available through major wholesale partners such as Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Intermix, and shopbop.com. The brand aims to reach 50 retail outlets across the U.S. this year, with product prices ranging from $80 to $600. This wide range allows JNBY to appeal to different customer segments while maintaining a premium image. JNBY can be considered one of China’s first fashion brands to successfully enter the U.S. high-end market with its own label. Since 2000, the brand has expanded internationally, opening stores in Japan and establishing a presence in numerous European countries. With this new U.S. launch, JNBY is positioning itself as a serious contender in the global fashion landscape.
